These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckpk ("luckpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at luckpk.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luckpk platform — including its casino games, sports betting features, live dealer services, promotional offers, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the luckpk platform, including players based in Pakistan accessing the platform via mobile devices, desktop browsers, or any other supported interface. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the luckpk platform and close your account.

luckpk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Access to and use of the luckpk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. luckpk enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account registrations, gameplay, and financial transactions on the platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or business exploitation of luckpk's services.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the luckpk platform by luckpk or through a self-exclusion request.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of luckpk, or of any third-party service provider directly associated with luckpk's operations, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

luckpk employs age verification procedures and may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform — including, but not limited to, at the time of first withdrawal request. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending resolution. Any funds held in an account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be handled strictly in accordance with applicable regulatory and responsible gaming obligations.

To access luckpk's full range of services, you are required to create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete , current, and not misleading. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the luckpk platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckpk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luckpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify luckpk support immediately.

• Registration requires a valid email address, a chosen password, and accurate personal identification details.
• luckpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, utility bill) at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts registered using false, stolen, or third-party identities will be permanently suspended and reported where legally required.
• Only one account is permitted per device, per household address, and per payment method.

luckpk supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally available payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All transactions on the luckpk platform are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the cashier section of your account, which may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your luckpk PKR wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. luckpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by luckpk in accordance with the following conditions:

• The player must have completed any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements before a withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same luckpk account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• luckpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable basis for fraud or identity concerns.
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incomplete verification will be held pending resolution and will not accrue interest.

luckpk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

luckpk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as PSL season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all luckpk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Promotional offers are available to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contributions are stated in each promotion.
• Abuse & Manipulation: luckpk reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, systematic wagering, or any other attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

luckpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not negatively affect bonuses already credited and being actively wagered by a player.

All games available on the luckpk platform — including slots, live dealer games, arcade titles such as Fishing Expert and Piggy Gold, and sports betting markets — operate under their own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

luckpk uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all applicable games. These systems are subject to independent third-party audits to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. No player, employee, or third party has the ability to influence or predict the outcome of any game on the platform.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, luckpk's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. luckpk's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type. luckpk reserves the right to void markets where events are abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or where the integrity of an event is called into question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luckpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one luckpk account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any such exploits must be reported to luckpk support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luckpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access luckpk systems, servers, or databases beyond your authorised player account access.

All content on the luckpk platform — including but not limited to the luckpk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luckpk or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckpk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any luckpk content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on luckpk's proprietary content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the luckpk platform.
• Use the luckpk name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of luckpk's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

luckpk collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the luckpk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luckpk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services) solely to the extent necessary to deliver luckpk's services and fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by luckpk, subject to luckpk's data retention obligations under applicable law. Such requests may be submitted to the luckpk support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your luckpk account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your luckpk account and exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your net session wins and losses to maintain awareness of your gambling spend.

luckpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be preserved during that period unless the investigation reveals grounds for forfeiture. Where forfeiture is determined to be appropriate — for example, in confirmed cases of fraud or terms abuse — luckpk will apply such forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations and notify the player accordingly.

A player wishing to voluntarily close their luckpk account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC and withdrawal conditions have been met.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckpk's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their luckpk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the luckpk platform.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, or interruption to platform availability beyond luckpk's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any reliance you place on the accuracy or completeness of any content on the luckpk platform.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside luckpk's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

luckpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, luckpk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players — for example, via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the luckpk platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. The current, binding version of these Terms is always the version published on this page, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckpk is licensed and incorporated. luckpk operates under international online gaming regulations applicable to its licensed jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and luckpk, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting luckpk's support team. luckpk will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by luckpk's licensing authority. Players are also entitled to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
